Evelyn Joy Noel, age 57, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 9:27 p.m. at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital.
She was born on November 25, 1955 in Fayette County to Floyd and Elizabeth Madden Noel. She had worked as a nurse’s aide at the former Case Convalescent Center. She was a member of the East Dayton Baptist Church, enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports and doing crafts.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her mother Elizabeth Noel, her children Brian (Shana) McTeague, Christina Breedlove (Rich) Phillips, Kevin (Terri) Christenberry and Mandy Piatt; 16 grandchildren; siblings Michael (Loretta) Noel, David (Wanda) Noel, Kathy Nunley and Brenda Noel; as well as several cousins, including special cousin Carol Moore and a host of friends, including special friend, Paul Hurles.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Griffith officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-6 p.m.
