Leonard Earl Potter, 66, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Dec. 3, 2013 in Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born in Greenup County, Kentucky Dec. 3, 1947, a son of the late Leslie and Mary Humble Potter.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Frazier Potter, five daughters, Mary Ann Potter Branham of Tipp City, Ohio, Amie Lemaster, Martha Potter and Amanda Potter all of Jeffersonville, Ohio and Amber West of Polk City, Florida, three sons, Jamie Potter of Washington Courthouse, Ohio, Jeremy Potter of Jeffersonville, Ohio and William Potter of Greenup, Kentucky and two grandsons he raised as his own, Christopher Potter of Jeffersonville, Ohio, Austin Crawford of South Shore, Kentucky, four sisters, Elizabeth Rayburn, Della Tucker, Bonnie Callihan and Georgia Ellison, one brother, Charlie Potter.
Preceded in death by one sister, Ella Potter, two brothers, Leslie Junior Potter and Carl Potter.
Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Saturday at the South Shore Old Regular Baptist church in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Glenn Newsome, officiating. Burial will be in Frazier Cemetery in South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the South Shore Old Regular Baptist Church from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M. on Friday Dec. 6, 2013 and from 9 A.M. till the Funeral hour on Saturday. Roberson Funeral home in South Shore, Kentucky are in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her sons Bobby W. (Sherry) Newton of Octa, Darren and Kevin Dementier both of Bryan Texas and a brother Robert Collier of Bryan Texas.

Evelyn Jean Cottrill, 85, of New Holland, Ohio died Saturday, April 26, 2014, at 11:15 p.m. at the Madison County Hospital in London, Ohio where she had been a patient since April 21.
Jean was born June 8, 1928, in Washington Court House, Ohio to William and Marie Anderson Souther. She was a graduate of Washington High School and was a lifelong resident of Fayette County.
She formerly had been a teller at the New Holland First National Bank and the Clarksburg Commercial Bank.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Glen Cottrill on April 22, 2014; by a son, Rick Cottrill in 2002; her parents and a brother, William Souther.
Jean is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Brooks McCoy of Williamsport; a daughter-in-law, Faith Cottrill of New Holland; four grandchildren, Heather Anderson and her husband, Matt, Lori McCoy, Aimee Lindsey and her husband, Shawn, and Chris Cottrill and his wife, Jill, seven great grandchildren, Audra and Graham Anderson, Natalie and Nicholas Lindsey, Caitlin, Casey and Cade Cottrill; a sister-in-law, Janey Cottrill; several nieces and nephews and special caregivers, Jessica Rutherford and Maggie Overstake.
The funeral will be Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at 1 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in New Holland with Pastor Jim Ferrell, chaplain for Berger Hospice, officiating. Burial will follow in the Good Hope Cemetery.

Cheri Lynn Hewitt Woodrick, 65, of Columbus died Saturday, April 26, 2014, at her home. Her death was sudden and unexpected.
Cheri was born July 24, 1948, in Fayette Co., Ohio to William Harold “Tillie” and Elva Terease Fink Hewitt. She was a 1966 graduate of Miami Trace High School and then the Grant Hospital School of Nursing. She lived most of her life in Fayette County and Columbus.
She was a retired registered nurse.
Cheri was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Woodrick in 1995; by parents; a sister, Nancy Lee Sagar; a brother, William H. Hewitt, Jr. and a great niece, Samantha Lane.
She is survived by two sons, Jonathan Edward Woodrick and his wife, Priscilla, of Columbus, Brock Woodrick of Columbus; four grandchildren, Jacey, Jaden, Deja and Angello Woodrick; nieces and nephews, Janice and Gary Mossbarger and Jacci and Russ Ramsden, all of Sabina, Jeff and Rhonda Sagar of Washington C.H., Jon and Diane Sagar,
